How we work
The after renovation process, step by step
A fixed protocol every team follows, so the result is the same whoever shows up at your door. Timings are for a typical 60–80 m² apartment.
- 01
Site assessment
10–20 minWe check dust load, leftover debris, paint and grout spots, and identify surfaces needing careful mechanical work.
- 02
Debris removal
30–60 minPackaging, offcuts and construction leftovers are collected and bagged; removal from site available on request.
- 03
Industrial vacuuming
60–120 minHEPA industrial vacuums pull fine cement dust from ceilings, walls, sockets, vents, radiators and floors — repeated in passes as dust resettles.
- 04
Residue removal
90–180 minPaint spatter, adhesive, grout haze, silicone and cement film are removed from tiles, glass and fittings with scrapers, pads and dedicated solvents.
- 05
Glass, frames & sills
45–90 minWindows are washed inside and out, protective film peeled, frames and sills cleaned of dust and construction marks.
- 06
Wet wash & second pass
60–120 minEvery surface is washed wet, floors mopped multiple times, then a second dust pass ensures the apartment is move-in ready.
- 07
Handover report
10–15 minJoint inspection with before/after notes; any missed detail is corrected before the team leaves.
