How we work
The deep (general) process, step by step
A fixed protocol every team follows, so the result is the same whoever shows up at your door. Timings are for a typical 60–80 m² apartment.

Inspection & protection
10–15 minWe survey every room, photograph problem areas, and protect fragile items, electronics and parquet before work starts.
- 02
Chemistry pre-treatment
15–25 minLimescale, grease and soap scum in the bathroom and kitchen are pre-soaked with professional agents so they dissolve instead of being scrubbed off.
- 03
Top-to-bottom dry stage
60–90 minLight fixtures, vents, cabinet tops, doors, frames, skirting boards and radiators are dusted and vacuumed with brush attachments.
- 04
Inside appliances & cabinets
60–120 minFridge, oven, microwave, hood filters and cabinet interiors are emptied, degreased and dried (per your selected add-ons).
- 05
Wet stage & descaling
90–150 minAll washable surfaces are cleaned wet: tiles, glass screens, taps polished, behind and under furniture reached where movable.
- 06
Floors & quality control
40–60 minFloors are vacuumed and mopped in sequence, then a supervisor runs a checklist room by room before handover.
