How we work
The maintenance process, step by step
A fixed protocol every team follows, so the result is the same whoever shows up at your door. Timings are for a typical 60–80 m² apartment.

Walkthrough & priorities
5–10 minThe team arrives with all equipment, checks the apartment with you and notes priority areas, delicate surfaces and any pets.

Declutter & dry dust
20–40 minSurfaces are cleared and tidied, then dusted top to bottom with microfibre so nothing is pushed back onto clean floors later.
- 03
Kitchen degrease
30–50 minCounters, sink, stove top, hood front and appliance exteriors are degreased and polished; bins are emptied and relined.

Bathroom disinfection
25–40 minToilet, shower, tub, tiles and taps are treated with disinfectant, rinsed, dried and mirrors polished streak-free.

Floors & finishing
25–40 minVacuuming, then damp mopping with the right solution per floor type. Beds made, textiles straightened.

Final check with you
5–10 minWe walk the apartment together, fix anything you point out on the spot, and confirm the next scheduled visit.
